The Online Application Process

  1. Please Complete and Submit the Online Merchant Account Application to establish your VISA/MasterCard Merchant Account.
  2. After completing the Online Application, we will email you a Congratulations! page with instructions on how to proceed.
     
  3. DOCUMENTS:
    • Please: 1) Print 2) Sign and 3) Fax the Congratulations! page and a voided check to us immediately.

    • Due to Visa/MasterCard regulations, if you are a MAIL ORDER merchant or if your WEB SITE IS STILL NOT COMPLETE, you must fax a PRICE LIST/CATALOG of the PRODUCTS or SERVICES that you sell along with your Congratulations! page and Voided Check.

    • PLEASE FAX ALL DOCUMENTS TO:

  4. VOIDED CHECK:
    • If you have TEMPORARY BUSINESS OR PERSONAL CHECKS (because you have not yet received your Pre-Printed checks) please have your bank write a BANK LETTER stating your business name (DBA), Account Number and Transit Routing Number, and fax that to us (do not fax your temporary check for security reasons).

  5. APPROVAL:
     
    • For PAYMENT GATEWAY INTEGRATION and TESTING, we will send your Login ID and Password by email as soon your merchant account has completed the Underwriting process. However, if you process transactions funds will not be released until your merchant account receives Final Approval.

    • Your merchant account will receive FINAL-APPROVAL as soon as we receive all required documentation and your WEB SITE is active and able to accept credit cards. If you are a Mail Order or Auction business planning to use the Virtual Terminal to process credit cards, you must include this information in the Additional Comments section of the Online Application.

    • If you are a RETAIL merchant and have selected to purchase either a retail credit card Terminal or Mobile Wireless solution to swipe your customer’s cards face to face, your equipment will be programmed and shipped to you upon approval. You will then receive a call from our Terminal Deployment team for training.

    *There is a $25.00 Monthly Processing Minimum on every merchant account. This is the "minimum amount" you must pay each month for your Visa/MasterCard processing fees. The monthly minimum does not apply to Discover or American Express or your monthly Statement fee. Example: If you sell $1100 in goods or services during a month, your total Visa/MasterCard Discount FEES would be $25.19 based on a rate of 2.29%, so there would be NO MONTHLY MINIMUM.

    Once you click through to the Online Application, and are approved for your merchant account, you are agreeing to the Payment Gateway set up fees and/or Retail Terminal purchase price and merchant account fees and costs shown above. When applicable, your checking account will be debited for the setup fee of your Payment Gateway or purchase price of your Retail Terminal once your merchant account is approved.
